At Fyre Hockey, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
✅ Non-Custom Items
You may return eligible non-customized items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original packaging with tags attached

Free of customization (names, numbers, logos, etc.)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or order error.
🚫 Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom goods, all customized items (including jerseys, socks, and gear with names, numbers, or logos) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of a manufacturer defect.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right.
